What do you need to get this position?
Technically
- 3+ years in a technical delivery, dev management, or hybrid role
- Practical Agile delivery experience
- Hands-on with Jira, GitHub, Google Workspace
- Fluent Polish and English (B2+)
- Available in Gliwice office once a week
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in a software consultancy or digital product studio
- Background in AI-augmented development or toolchain automation
- Experience managing distributed or cross-border teams
